TL;DR
Head of Product (Staffing, Attendance & Capacity): Owning the vision, strategy, delivery, and customer outcomes for a childcare SaaS domain covering staff rotas, ratios, attendance, time tracking, absence management, and payroll with an accent on regulatory complexity, usability, and commercial impact. Focus on leading a cross-functional team, setting measurable outcomes, and solving workforce-management challenges across multiple markets.
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; default of four days a week in the office. Candidates must be based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate there.

What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Staffing, Attendance & Capacity product domain.
- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product professionals, including hiring and performance management.
- Take final accountability for product strategy, prioritisation, delivery, and team outcomes.
- Navigate workforce management, staff scheduling, time tracking, absence management, payroll, and local regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, customer satisfaction, and commercial results to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with other Heads of Product and the Builder Enablement team to maintain a cohesive product experience and fast delivery.
Requirements
- Experience as a founder, intrapreneur, or product leader with a multidisciplinary background and strong ownership.
- Strong product judgement and the ability to identify valuable customer problems.
- Experience setting strategic direction, operationalising it, and delivering measurable results.
- People-management experience and preferably prior full accountability for a team’s results.
- Comfort working with complexity and ambiguity in HR, time tracking, workforce management, payroll, and regulated environments.
- Based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate to Copenhagen.
