Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the Lovable agent end-to-end, including product quality, roadmap, and continuous feedback loops.
• Represent users by synthesizing findings on agent performance and behavior for the product team.
• Run discovery through user interviews, competitive research, evaluation analysis, prompt experimentation, and messaging development.
• Define the quality bar for agent outputs, build evaluation infrastructure, monitor regressions, and improve the agent with each release.
• Scope and validate functionality using user feedback and product metrics.
• Enable sales, support, and marketing to communicate new agent capabilities effectively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Direct ownership of an AI- or LLM-powered product in product management or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-based systems, including tool use, planning loops, multi-step reasoning, and agent failure modes.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to program or having programmed and confidently read model outputs, traces, and evaluations.
• Strong product judgment and systems thinking, with clear opinions on agent communication, error recovery, and user trust.
• Professional communication in English is required; applications must be submitted in English.

• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
