What you will do

• Synthesize agent performance data to drive roadmap decisions and improvements.
• Manage end-to-end product discovery, including user research, competitive analysis, and prompt experimentation.
• Maintain the quality bar by managing evaluation infrastructure and monitoring regressions.
• Scope features ruthlessly to ship functional slices and validate them through metrics.
• Provide technical and product context to sales, support, and marketing teams for new agent capabilities.
• Build and improve frameworks for agent reliability and error recovery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software industry experience with direct ownership of AI or LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on experience building agent-based systems, including planning loops and multi-step reasoning.
• Technical fluency with the ability to program, read model outputs, traces, and evals.
• Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to balance speed and foundational quality.
• English: Proficiency required for all professional communication.

• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
