Product Manager (AI/SaaS)

Product Manager (AI/SaaS): Building a new product area for construction site managers and foremen to coordinate equipment, safety, and crew productivity with an accent on user discovery, AI-first product design, and zero-to-one development. Focus on defining product direction, solving ambiguous customer problems, and coordinating end-to-end delivery across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

Location: Must be based in Europe or in the Eastern time zone in North America. Flexible hybrid work is available through one of the company's offices, with remote work possible. Relocation assistance is not offered.

What you will do

• Define the direction, roadmap, scope, and priorities for a new product area serving construction site managers and foremen.
• Lead end-to-end product execution from discovery and backlog refinement through release.
• Work with Engineering and Design to turn customer problems into high-quality product outcomes.
• Coordinate go-to-market launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders on trade-offs, dependencies, regional context, and timelines.
• Improve async collaboration and contribute to evolving product practices and frameworks.

Requirements

• Experience taking products from zero to one and defining direction in ambiguous environments.
• Strong user discovery and field research skills, with the ability to translate insights into product strategy.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle, including backlog refinement, sprint execution, and go-to-market coordination.
• Hands-on analytical, structuring, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Experience working asynchronously across time zones and managing product trade-offs.
• Experience shipping or closely partnering on AI-powered product features and evaluating AI feasibility and value.

Nice to have

• Experience building products for frontline or non-desk users.
• Experience designing products for users working at construction sites or in other mobile environments.
