What you will do

• Own focused AI workstreams to improve AI reliability, quality, and observability.
• Develop evals, traces, and guardrails to transition AI features from demos to production.
• Build AI-native product surfaces, including Super Agent, custom memory, and proactive suggestions.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define the platform's AI direction.
• Turn complex and ambiguous AI ideas into intuitive and trustworthy user experiences.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building with AI, including shipped products, serious prototypes, or public projects.
• Deep understanding of tool loops, planners, context management, and agentic system constraints.
• Practical experience building or shaping evaluation (eval) suites for AI models.
• Strong product instincts and a high bar for UX/UI quality and taste.
• English: Proficiency is required as it is the primary company language.
• Location: Must be based in Europe or eligible for sponsorship to Germany.

Nice to have

• Coding background or experience with developer tooling and orchestration.
• Background in workflow automation or open-source community management.
• Founding or early-stage startup experience.
• Data fluency with SQL and a strong grasp of product metrics.
• Visible building through public demos, writing, or talks.
