Senior Manager - Account Development (Data Analytics)

What you will do

• Drive sales and renewals for existing accounts while securing the sales pipeline.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop an interconnected understanding of customer industries, businesses, markets, and clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success and relevant teams to develop and execute Account Plans and Joint Business Plans.
• Collect, analyze, and escalate Voice of Customer feedback and product needs.
• Expand customer networks to identify new budget holders and decision-makers.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant sales or account development experience.
• Sales expertise and a strong understanding of the data analytics industry, business models, products, services, and solutions.
• Understanding of market trends and their interdependencies affecting customers.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.
