NVM Reliability Engineer (RRAM/MRAM)

Company

Develops semiconductor technologies and products, including next-generation non-volatile memory solutions.

What you will do

• Characterize, model, and enable next-generation non-volatile memory technologies.
• Work with foundries and external technology and IP suppliers to assess reliability margins for product applications.
• Establish qualification requirements for new technologies and product introductions.
• Perform rigorous statistical analysis of reliability characterization data.
• Support volume production by working with product groups to address reliability risks.
• Provide technical information to business groups and customers, and communicate study conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or an equivalent field.
• 5–10 years of industry experience.
• Experience processing and analyzing data using tools such as Python, JMP, Matlab, or Exensio.
• Background in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals, especially for emerging non-volatile memory technologies such as RRAM and MRAM.
• Effective communication in English is required.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Software development experience, including familiarity with microcontroller development in C or C++.
