NAND Product Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hsinchu, North District, Hsinchu City, Taiwan

Salary: TWD 1,036,800–1,529,300 per year

What you will do

• Support high-volume NAND manufacturing operations and daily production activities.
• Manage failure and quality sample logistics, storage, tracking documentation, and disposition.
• Maintain, coordinate, and operate laboratory analysis tools, including hardware and software.
• Support remote teams with electrical failure analysis activities.
• Monitor production yield and perform first-level SBL disposition using established criteria.
• Collaborate with product engineering, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and reliability teams on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, physics, materials science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing tools, including maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and upgrades.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, Python, Perl, SQL, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• 0–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing or test engineering experience.
• Experience with NAND Flash memory products, test equipment, laboratory tools, or manufacturing systems.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and basic failure analysis methodologies.
• Experience with automated data extraction, reporting, or scripting tools.
• Ability to independently drive operational improvements.
