Senior Manager Oracle Cloud Close Consolidation and Reconciliation Platform (Oracle Cloud)

Location: United States - Washington - Seattle

Salary: $184,500–$258,000 total cash annually; potential pay up to $295,000 based on sustained performance.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, architecture, and roadmap for the Close, Consolidation, and Reconciliation platform portfolio, including Oracle Cloud GL, BlackLine, FCCS, TRCS, and EPCM.
• Lead enhancements and operational improvements for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles, including reconciliation and journal-entry automation.
• Design and implement data integration pipelines connecting finance platforms with subledgers, ERP systems, and the Polaris data framework.
• Ensure platform solutions meet SOX controls, ITGCs, audit requirements, and enterprise change-management standards.
• Establish development, testing, release-management, and performance-optimization practices for a stable operating model.
• Lead and develop a blended team of Oracle Application Engineers, Data Engineers, and Functional Analysts while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Technology stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP General Ledger, FCCS, TRCS, BlackLine, and EPCM.
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial close and consolidation processes, SOX controls, audit requirements, and enterprise finance operations.
• 3+ years leading engineering or functional teams, including hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development.
• Experience managing blended teams of employees and contractors across global locations.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile or structured delivery environments, with strong communication across technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP GL, including subledger close workflows, journal-entry processing, and chart-of-accounts governance.
• Experience with Oracle TRCS, EPCM, and FCCS configuration and support.
• Experience designing integrations across Oracle Cloud GL, EPM modules, BlackLine, and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with Alteryx and AI enablement opportunities within Oracle Cloud or BlackLine.
