Data and Systems Specialist (PLM/ERP)

What you will do

• Lead PLM and ERP implementation projects from process mapping and solution design through configuration and deployment.
• Translate Engineering, Product Management, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT requirements into scalable system solutions.
• Manage integrations, data flows, attribute mapping, imports, exports, data migration, and end-to-end testing between PLM and ERP systems.
• Define and maintain part-numbering schemas, product data structures, attribute ownership, lifecycle rules, and governance processes.
• Monitor data integrity in Arena PLM and connected systems, creating dashboards and reports to identify discrepancies and gaps.
• Develop solution documentation, process diagrams, test scripts, training materials, and integration playbooks while supporting stakeholders as a PLM/ERP subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in PLM and ERP integration, including standing up and launching new systems.
• Deep knowledge of part numbering, product data structures, change-control workflows, and data governance.
• Hands-on administrative experience with Arena PLM or Oracle ERP, plus advanced knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle and NetSuite.
• Strong data reconciliation, reporting, stakeholder communication, and project management skills, including experience with Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and their impact on data and systems.
