What you will do

• Own Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials configuration across development, test, stage, and production environments.
• Manage configuration workbooks and configuration snapshots, including creation, comparison, validation, migration, and deployment.
• Support core financial processes including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Requisition to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Plan to Perform, and Projects to Result.
• Translate finance requirements into scalable configurations and collaborate with Finance, IT, integration teams, and consulting partners.
• Maintain compliance with SOX controls, audit requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Support EBS-to-Fusion migration, go-live readiness, production stabilization, troubleshooting, documentation, and quarterly update reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials configuration experience in complex global, multi-ledger, and multi-OU environments.
• Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Configuration Workbooks and Configuration Snapshot creation, comparison, and migration.
• Strong understanding of ledgers, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, tax, intercompany, approvals, and security.
• Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migrations and SOX-controlled environments, including internal audit collaboration.
• Ability to work independently as a senior individual contributor and communicate configuration impacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
