Fusion Configuration Specialist – Oracle Cloud Financials

What you will do

• Own Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials configuration across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Manage configuration workbooks, snapshots, comparisons, validations, migrations, and deployment records.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations across core financial processes.
• Support EBS-to-Fusion migration, go-live readiness, cutover, production stabilization, and quarterly update adoption.
• Partner with Finance, IT, integration teams, business users, and external implementation partners.
• Document configuration impacts, dependencies, current and future-state setups, and governance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials configuration experience.
• Expertise in global, multi-ledger, multi-OU Oracle Financials environments.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Configuration Workbooks and Configuration Snapshot creation, comparison, and migration.
• Strong knowledge of ledgers, chart of accounts, calendars, currencies, tax, intercompany, approvals, and security.
• Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migrations and SOX-controlled environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, finance systems, or a related field; Oracle Cloud Financials certification is strongly preferred.
