Digital Consulting Manager (Oracle PPM)

Location: Chicago, United States. The role includes travel of up to 50% to client or internal project locations.

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 annual base salary. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle PPM, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and translate business requirements into future-state process and solution designs.
• Implement Oracle Cloud Projects and guide configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
• Partner with technical, integration, reporting, and data teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
• Build client relationships, manage project delivery, and mentor junior engagement team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle PPM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions across PPM processes and modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

• Oracle ERP Cloud certifications.
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience.
• Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience.
