Digital Consulting Manager, Oracle Cloud Financials GL (Oracle Cloud ERP)

Location: Chicago, United States; remote work indicated by the posting, with travel up to 50% required

Base salary: $145,000–$170,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$212,500.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end solution design for Oracle ERP Financials, ensuring scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into future-state designs.
• Execute or oversee Oracle Financials configuration, testing, training, and end-user support.
• Coordinate with integration, reporting, and data teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
• Mentor project staff and contribute across projects with different scales and durations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience delivering at least one full general ledger implementation and working with Oracle Financials Accounting Hub.
• Hands-on experience designing solutions across multiple finance processes and modules.
• Strong knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data migration in Oracle ERP environments.
• Ability to manage complex global designs involving multi-GAAP, multi-COA, and multi-currency requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and training skills; consulting experience is strongly preferred.
