What you will do

• Evaluate and settle household goods and logistics claims across multiple business lines.
• Investigate claim circumstances, review documentation, and determine liability and settlement responsibility.
• Assess claims for accuracy, reasonableness, regulatory compliance, contract provisions, tariffs, and company policies.
• Make fair and consistent settlement decisions and exercise judgment when evaluating resolution options.
• Communicate with customers, agents, military representatives, government agencies, national account contacts, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate claim records and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States; visa sponsorship and employment authorization support are not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of claims adjusting experience.
• Experience determining liability, reviewing documentation, and negotiating claim resolutions.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, insurance, customer service, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, contracts, tariffs, or claims administration processes.
