What you will do
- Create cost-effective IC test strategies covering test platforms, hardware, software, and instrumentation.
- Design ATE hardware interface boards and develop test programs for IC testing and characterization.
- Bring up and debug ATE solutions for analog and mixed-signal ICs, including bench correlation.
- Perform parametric testing, analyze silicon results, and investigate yield fall-outs through statistical analysis.
- Debug device and test-setup issues, identify root causes, and drive issues to closure.
- Support silicon qualification, qualification hardware development, and cross-functional device success.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor IC testing using ATE.
- Experience with ATE hardware PCB design.
- Knowledge of test and measurement equipment.
- Experience with analog ATE testers such as Teradyne ETS-88, ETS-364, or equivalent platforms.
