What you will do

• Contribute to the design, development, and validation of testability circuits for microprocessors and chipsets.
• Perform failure analysis and characterization using knowledge of hardware, software, firmware, BIOS/EFI, and debug techniques.
• Develop and debug test methodologies and advanced software programs to verify product features and functionality.
• Evaluate component specifications against performance to optimize yield analysis and bin split capability.
• Drive test time reduction and overall product cost optimizations through fallout data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Automation and Control, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Based in or able to work in Penang, Malaysia (Hybrid model).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with HVM manufacturing process knowledge (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in PERL and object-oriented programming.
