What you will do

• Contribute to the design and validation of testability circuits for next-generation microprocessors.
• Perform debugging, failure analysis, and characterization using hardware, software, firmware, and BIOS/EFI techniques.
• Develop and debug test methodologies and advanced software programs for feature functionality.
• Analyze component specifications and performance to optimize yield and bin split capability.
• Drive overall product cost optimizations by reducing test time through fallout data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunication, Automation and Control, or Computer Engineering/Science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Knowledge of semiconductor HVM manufacturing process flow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in PERL and object-oriented programming.
