What you will do

• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) by transferring products from design and development to mass production.
• Monitor product yield and identify root causes of losses using statistical tools, evaluations, and DOE.
• Provide quality and customer support by performing root cause analysis (RCA) on production failures and customer returns.
• Drive cost savings initiatives by optimizing yield, final test, and assembly processes.
• Configure product setups in SAP, MES, SCADA, SPC, SYL SBL, and PAT systems.
• Support the identification, development, and validation of final test platforms and hardware/software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or other engineering fields.
• 5+ years of related work experience in a semiconductor or automotive manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of product and test engineering.
• Experience with back-end assembly and test manufacturing.
• Proficiency in data analysis using statistical software like Minitab.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
