What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs from conception through launch across engineering, science, product, and business teams.
• Plan concurrent programs by defining roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, success metrics, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives involving orchestration, remittance product services, platform, and infrastructure teams.
• Build alignment among senior leaders on architecture, resource investments, trade-offs, and execution priorities.
• Track program health, risks, blockers, and business outcomes while accelerating delivery.
• Establish scalable program-management processes and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with multiple software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs, establishing processes, and coordinating complex release schedules.
• Technical depth in system integration and the ability to reason about architectural problems.
• Ability to work in the United States and meet the Seattle hybrid in-office expectation.
