Facility Coordinator (Client Site)

Provides facilities management and commercial real estate services for client sites.

What you will do

• Support the facilities management team in maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and client requirements.
• Assist with inspections, planned and responsive maintenance, site upkeep, and facilities operations across buildings, equipment, assets, and related features.
• Respond to identified risks, hazards, incidents, emergencies, and service impairments within delegated authority.
• Coordinate supplier administration and downstream supply-chain activities, including supplier relationships and service delivery.
• Prepare site status, performance, incident, cost, budget, and service-delivery reports for internal and client-facing purposes.
• Process work orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, goods and service receipts, vendor payments, and facilities documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing or customer-service roles.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Multilingual communication skills are desirable.
