Service Coordinator (Finance)

What you will do

• Manage Service Management System (SMS) call handling and associated backend financial processes.
• Oversee the timewriting process, ensuring timely input and approval, and provide guidance to CS engineers.
• Handle billable labor and material processes, including price adjustments, quotations, and billing.
• Monitor the CAM backlog and update machine configurations according to procedure.
• Produce detailed operational reports on utilization, overtime, and local solving rates for management.
• Manage SAP authority and part/price data for the CS organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience in a finance or support organization.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by the United States Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Good verbal and written English language skills.
• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and MS Office.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
