Office Manager (Gaming)

Location: On-site in Stockholm, Sweden; relocation assistance and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Manage the office budget, vendor contracts, supplier relationships, and service providers.
• Oversee daily office operations and resolve issues before they affect the workplace.
• Plan and execute office strategy, space planning, upgrades, and improvements.
• Lead larger internal events and office initiatives.
• Coordinate with landlords, facilities partners, and external providers.
• Support management with administrative coordination and scheduling.

Requirements

• Experience in office management, preferably in a fast-growing or creative environment.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, calm approach under pressure.
• Strong digital competence and interest in event planning.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Availability for on-site work in Stockholm; no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is provided.
