Location: Pataskala, Ohio, USA; onsite warehouse environment with flexible schedules and shifts.

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging, distribution, and material handling equipment.
• Repair and maintain pneumatic systems throughout the facility.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and document completed work.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and conveyor controls.
• Create, assign, and close work orders while tracking labor hours, maintenance data, parts, and inventory.
• Support the operations maintenance team and mentor junior technicians.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• At least 2 years of experience with predictive and preventive maintenance procedures.
• At least 1 year of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and experience with a computerized maintenance management system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; ability to work flexible schedules and shifts.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher in a mechanical or electrical field.
• Experience with MHE safety standards, OEM requirements, robotic operation and maintenance, and basic input/output troubleshooting.
