Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office are required

What you will do

• Manage project- and program-level initiatives within the VROL Global Dispute Processing System PMO.
• Provide project management support for a Singapore-based team developing AI R&D and innovation capabilities.
• Integrate and continuously improve PMO GenAI tooling and agents within the Agentic Tool Chain for delivery monitoring and reporting.
• Create and own project plans, status reports, milestone reports, governance artifacts, and delivery metrics.
• Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, financial reporting, audit requirements, and mitigation actions.
• Support workstream meetings, process improvement, KPI tracking, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 11+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience delivering medium-sized programs and projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Proficiency with GenAI tooling in daily project management activities.
• Strong planning, organizational, written, verbal communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including complex Excel spreadsheets and PowerBI dashboards.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage confidential information, and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience managing R&D projects involving extensive GenAI development.
• 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
