What you will do

• Develop strategies and roadmaps integrating AI functionalities into Bentley’s Cloud solutions.
• Survey APIs, identify opportunities for new ones, instrument and govern their usage by AI agents, and plan monetization.
• Define strategies for Model Context Protocol interactions between cloud solutions, copilots, and user-developed AI.
• Conduct research on developer/user needs and industry trends to shape AI strategy.
• Set quarterly OKRs aligned with business outcomes and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Lead discoveries, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration with UX, developers, and product teams.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and build relationships across Bentley organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in product management; experience with AI-enhanced products highly desirable.
• Track record managing cross-functional initiatives with high visibility.
• Extensive knowledge of product management practices and technical proficiency for engineering collaboration.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Understanding of digital twin technologies, AI/ML, and Bentley’s product portfolio advantageous.
• Strong communication, strategic vision, comfort with ambiguity, and growth mindset.
