What you will do

• Develop strategies and roadmaps to integrate AI functionalities into the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud portfolio.
• Identify, instrument, and monetize new APIs and tools for usage by AI Agents.
• Define interaction strategies using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for embedded copilots and user-developed GenAI solutions.
• Conduct internal and external research on industry trends and user needs to refine AI strategy.
• Establish quarterly OKRs and manage communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Lead experimentation and discoveries to develop innovative platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in B2B software product management.
• Demonstrated history of managing cross-functional initiatives with high organizational visibility.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, LLMOps, MCP, and multi-agent workflows.
• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
• Technical proficiency to effectively collaborate with engineering teams on product specifications.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on operational management.

Nice to have

• Previous PM experience specifically with AI-enhanced products.
• Solid understanding of digital twin technologies and AI/ML.
