Salary: $107,500.00–$188,400.00 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the integrated backlog across product, engineering, UX, and agentic workflow components.
• Decompose epics into INVEST-compliant features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, dependencies, and release plans.
• Define autonomous agent behavior, tool use, action sequencing, state management, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, fallbacks, and safety guardrails.
• Specify integrations with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft 365, Copilot, declarative agents, APIs, and microservices.
• Run rapid validation experiments and convert customer, pilot, analytics, and support feedback into backlog decisions.
• Track delivery and agentic AI metrics, including throughput, cycle time, task completion, intervention rate, decision accuracy, and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of software product management or product ownership experience in B2B SaaS, including 4+ years with Agile/Scrum and close engineering collaboration.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML products; production experience shipping generative AI or agentic features is strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of LLM planning, tool or function calling, multi-step orchestration, state management, human-in-the-loop design, and agent evaluation.
• Expertise with Azure DevOps Boards, backlog refinement, story mapping, acceptance criteria, release planning, and dependency tracking.
• Understanding of privacy, security, responsible AI, auditability, §7216 compliance, MLOps, API integrations, and microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Tax preparation, accounting, or professional services software experience.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, Azure AI-900, or AI-102 certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, declarative agent development, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or document intelligence.
• Experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
