Senior UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead UX initiatives from problem discovery and user understanding through ideation, prototyping, validation, and delivery.
• Translate complex user needs and product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and effective experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and other design artefacts.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Improve user journeys, design systems, UX processes, methodologies, and product design standards.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in UX or product design and a portfolio showing strong end-to-end design work.
• Experience solving complex product and user-experience problems through research, interaction design, prototyping, and iteration.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile or similar product-development environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, balance user needs with business and technical constraints, and contribute at a senior level.
