Head of UX (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Define and drive UX strategy for the Sightline Cyber Defense platform and emerging Agentic AI products.
• Conduct user research, usability studies, and analysis of user telemetry.
• Lead the end-to-end design process from journey mapping and research to prototyping and visual design.
• Design secure, frictionless authentication and consumer challenge experiences.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards that help security teams interpret and act on AI-based insights.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering and maintain a scalable design system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise software.
• Portfolio demonstrating intuitive interfaces for data-heavy platforms, sophisticated dashboards, and complex user journeys.
• Expertise in user-centered design, user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with Agentic AI and modern design technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to translate cybersecurity and machine learning concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Strategic mindset with strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
