Location: London or Barcelona; fully remote or hybrid setup available, with an office near Zurich HB

is an ETH Zurich and HSG spin-off building an AI-powered SaaS platform that automates finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and other enterprise processes.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end UX design process from problem framing through validated solutions.
- Plan and facilitate discovery, ideation, prioritization, and design critique workshops.
- Evaluate product ideas through research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Translate complex, data-heavy enterprise workflows into clear and learnable interfaces.
- Drive design decisions to closure and document the underlying rationale.
- Own and evolve the shared design system while partnering with engineering and Stream-Aligned Teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally in a SaaS or software product company.
- Portfolio showing complex enterprise software, dashboards, workflows, or data-intensive applications.
- Experience facilitating workshops with cross-functional and customer groups.
- Strong interaction and information design skills with fluency in Figma.
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent English communication skills required, including presenting and defending work to senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP systems, finance, or supply chain processes.
- Experience designing AI or agentic products, including trust, transparency, and human oversight patterns.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Ability to read frontend code or prototype with HTML and CSS.
- German language skills.
