Systems Operations Analyst (Financial Technology)

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines; hybrid work model with at least 2 days in the office per week

What you will do

• Provide end-user support for the Tempo Timesheets application deployed on hirify.global Global Jira.
• Maintain master data by adding resources, building teams, managing projects, and adding project subtasks.
• Drive application improvements and automation.
• Run month-end reporting for Business Control and collaborate with Jira Administration.
• Perform regression testing related to Jira upgrades and advise stakeholders on improvements.
• Maintain user and system documentation, operational procedures, and application support processes.

Requirements

• Experience supporting tools with a broad user base, preferably time-tracking tools or similar systems.
• Business analysis experience in implementing or supporting business systems.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-minded approach and interest in solving user, business, and system problems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to build relationships across the organization.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT is preferred.
