Systems Operations Analyst

TL;DR

Systems Operations Analyst: Responsible for daily technical operations including application management and support for all hirify.global provided services, specifically the Tempo Timesheets application deployed on hirify.global Global Jira. Focus on providing end-user support, maintaining master data, driving application improvements, running month-end reporting, and collaborating with the Jira Admin and stakeholders.

Location: This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What you will do

• Provide end-user support for the Tempo Timesheets application.
• Maintain master data, including adding resources, building teams, and managing projects and subtasks.
• Drive application improvements and automation for Tempo Timesheets.
• Run month-end reporting for Business Control.
• Collaborate with the Jira Admin on application management and upgrades.
• Maintain user and system documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or IT is preferred.
• Previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base.
• Business analysis experience implementing and/or supporting time tracking tools or similar.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships within the organization.
