Location: Onsite in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States. The schedule includes onsite work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Wednesday and Thursday off. Game-day support may be required on major holidays.

What you will do

• Monitor network reliability and performance using SolarWinds, DataDog, and related platforms.
• Lead network incident resolution, meet SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support secure networking solutions across on-premise data centers and cloud environments.
• Maintain network topology maps, troubleshooting procedures, and operational documentation.
• Provide infrastructure and game-day IT support in a mission-critical sports environment.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki switches, Cisco wireless controllers, Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, network monitoring, and ServiceNow ticketing.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting, plus strong problem-solving skills in changing operational conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex, multisite environments.
• CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or relevant server and cloud certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

• Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for server and cloud automation.
• Cloud networking experience with AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Palo Alto, data center troubleshooting, SIEM, endpoint protection, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of advanced video streaming technologies and content delivery networks.
