Engineering Support Analyst

What you will do

• Provide technical support for the Kindred Racing Platform and Kindred Sports Platform.
• Triage bugs, investigate alerts, escalate incidents with complete diagnostic information, and initiate on-call support when needed.
• Debug issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with Traders, Developers, DevOps, SRE teams, and global stakeholders to drive incidents through resolution.
• Create and improve Grafana dashboards by integrating metrics, logs, and traces for proactive error detection.
• Coordinate operational handovers with colleagues in Bangalore and Australia.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience supporting critical business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with global stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of incident and problem management principles.
• Experience with Elastic, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Windows, Solace, Kafka, and Postgres; an IT-related tertiary qualification is highly desirable.

• Server stack and website support experience.
• Testing experience.
