Instructional Designer (AI/SaaS)

hirify.global develops an AI-powered SaaS platform for business planning and performance management, used by enterprise customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Design customer learning programs and certifications for hirify.global Academy.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create clear, accessible learning content.
• Develop e-learning, video, and interactive courses based on adult learning principles.
• Manage needs analysis, content-gap identification, assessment development, and program evaluation.
• Maintain learning materials in line with product releases and new platform features.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects and deliver high-quality work on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Strong command of authoring tools including Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Adobe Captivate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to instructional design decisions.
• Collaborative working style and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience in SaaS or Enterprise Performance Management is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS and Enterprise Performance Management products.
• Knowledge of AI-powered learning technologies and current learning and development trends.
