Company

hirify.global provides a CI platform used by engineering teams to run builds, tests, and deployments on their infrastructure, hirify.global’s infrastructure, or both.

What you will do

  • Define the developer events and field marketing strategy, including investment priorities, success metrics, and ROI measurement.
  • Build a scalable program with budgets, vendor relationships, operational playbooks, documentation, and repeatable systems.
  • Own flagship events end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution and post-event analysis.
  • Experiment with event formats, partnerships, sponsorships, and community programs to improve developer engagement.
  • Represent hirify.global with customers, developer communities, partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work across Marketing, Sales, GTM, Brand, contractors, and external partners to connect events with business and community outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and leading an events, community, or field marketing strategy.
  • Experience building scalable programs and repeatable systems rather than only delivering individual events.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions, clarify ambiguity, and translate business goals into execution plans.
  • Ability to measure event success beyond attendance and connect events to business and community outcomes.
  • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, technical audiences, and community partners.
  • Understanding of developer communities and authentic developer engagement.

Nice to have

  • Experience building events or community programs from the ground up.
  • Relationships within Bay Area developer communities or technology event networks.
  • Experience working in or alongside Developer Relations.
  • Experience using ABM, intent data, or attribution frameworks to connect events with pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fully remote setup with the ability to work from anywhere in the world for up to six weeks per year.
  • 20 days of paid annual leave and 10 days of sick and carer’s leave.
  • Paid parental leave of up to 16 weeks for primary carers and six weeks for secondary carers.
  • Remote-work allowance for home-office equipment, coworking, or other workspaces.
  • Confidential EAP and mental health support, plus learning and development time and budget.
  • Retirement and health coverage based on the employee’s region.

Hiring process

  • Every application receives a response.
  • Reasonable accommodations and support are available throughout the recruitment and interview process.
