Senior Manager, Field Events & Marketing (SaaS): Building and leading field event programs that attract net-new prospects, generate pipeline, and improve customer and late-stage-pipeline events with an accent on account-based outreach, event experiences, and measurable ROI. Focus on designing repeatable event playbooks, optimizing show rates and pipeline conversion, aligning sales leadership, and proving attribution across regional programs.
Location: US Remote; travel up to 25% annually, with some weekend or after-hours work as needed.
Salary: $147,600–$221,400 USD for Zone 1 US locations and $137,900–$206,900 USD for other US locations, plus annual bonus and equity.

What you will do
- Build and own a field marketing strategy focused on net-new prospects, top-of-funnel pipeline, and event success metrics.
- Design outreach strategies, invitation messaging, channel mixes, and event experiences that attract the right prospects.
- Apply account-based marketing to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts.
- Lead the full lifecycle of field events, including strategy, budgeting, onsite execution, follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
- Create repeatable event playbooks, sales enablement kits, and follow-up cadences for regional teams.
- Manage and mentor event planners and coordinators while partnering with sales, demand generation, customer marketing, creative, and marketing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing and events, including 5+ years of deep expertise in sales-driven field events.
- Experience building field marketing programs from the ground up and designing outreach that attracts net-new prospects.
- Strong account-based marketing knowledge and experience managing significant budgets, including programs of $1M+ annually.
- Experience leading and mentoring event planners or coordinators and influencing sales leaders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience using pipeline, ROI, attribution, and conversion metrics; Salesforce and Tableau experience are relevant.

- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Experience launching net-new programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
