Test Engineer (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Create testing methods for semiconductor components, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, and diodes.
• Program testing machines for automated product inspection.
• Troubleshoot testing programs and electrical testing equipment.
• Design test fixtures and prepare testing-process documentation and instructions.
• Work with suppliers on technical issues and new equipment requirements.
• Analyze test results and improve testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Basic programming skills in LabVIEW, Visual Basic, or C/C++.
• Experience with Minitab and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of GR&R, statistics, Six Sigma, and DOE.
• Experience using power supplies, oscilloscopes, curve tracers, LCR meters, and function or pulse generators.
