Product Test Engineer (IoT)

What you will do

• Develop and debug test programs on ATE platforms like Teradyne UltraFlex for new silicon products
• Design load boards and interface hardware for production testing with senior engineers
• Participate in silicon bring-up, validation, and test debugging
• Analyze test data to identify outliers and issues during NPI and production ramp
• Maintain test documentation and automation scripts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, product, and operations

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• More than 2 years of experience in test engineering or related field (internships count)
• Strong interest in semiconductor testing and hardware systems
• Familiarity with basic electronic measurements and lab equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs)
• Exposure to programming/scripting (C/C++, Python, VBA)
• Experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or similar ATE
• Exposure to analog IP test methodology and embedded firmware development
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Internship or projects in hardware testing or embedded systems
• Exposure to digital testing (scan, memory, logic)
• RF and wireless concepts
• Statistical data analysis or JMP
• Hands-on with PCBs and hardware debugging
