Implementation Consultant (Golf)

Location: Montreal, Canada; hybrid with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead customer kick-off calls, explain onboarding processes, and manage expectations.
• Oversee customer onboarding from sales close through system activation.
• Coordinate customer training and communicate upcoming dates and implementation progress.
• Schedule internal resources for hardware installation, billing activation, and payment processing setup.
• Manage a customer segment, update CRM records, and maintain project timelines.
• Support strong customer satisfaction throughout implementation.

Requirements

• Experience in the golf industry or as an avid golfer.
• Experience managing customer expectations through phone and email communication.
• Experience with resource planning and task assignment in a non-supervisory role.
• Excellent spoken and written French and English are required.
• Availability to work from the Montreal office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with ClickUp or ChurnZero.
