Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) (Robotics)

Location: Fully remote, U.S.-based. Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States.

Salary: $71,000–$111,000 USD annually. The final offer depends on market location, knowledge, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange travel for candidates visiting interview locations when needed.
• Coordinate pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and prepare materials.
• Maintain candidate records in Greenhouse and identify ways to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Support additional recruiting activities as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a technology company.
• Experience with the Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Strong oral and written communication, customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to coordinate candidate interview travel.
• Current authorization to work in the United States is required.
