What you will do

• Manage a global contract portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and extensions.
• Prepare forward-looking portfolio reporting to enhance risk visibility and support prioritization decisions.
• Partner with Business Contract Owners, Legal, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure governance and data accuracy.
• Contribute to the development of CLM standards and the overall governance framework.
• Identify and implement opportunities for simplification and automation of contract management processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor on contract lifecycle management to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Proven experience managing contract portfolios and overall lifecycle activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance functions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• English: C1 proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Katowice, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DORA, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), KYS, or supplier governance.
• Professional legal background.
• Experience in improving operating models or governance frameworks.
