Employee Relations Intern

What you will do

• Support employee concern management and the handling of employee-related matters.
• Maintain HR case documentation and employee records.
• Assist with policy and compliance support activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and employee communications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely resolution and proper documentation of employee concerns.

Requirements

• Interest in employee relations and human resources operations.
• Ability to support accurate HR documentation and records maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders on employee-related processes.
