Talent Acquisition Operations Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate and complete recruitment data across the ATS and related platforms.
• Prepare recruitment reports and support data-driven talent acquisition operations.
• Monitor process adherence, flag deviations, and help maintain compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.
• Assist with ATS maintenance and alignment of recruitment tools with user needs.
• Design and implement initiatives that improve the candidate journey from outreach through onboarding.
• Work with stakeholders to align recruitment activities with business objectives and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong motivation to learn and develop in HR and talent acquisition operations.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in HR or administration.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems through academic projects or personal use.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
