People Operations HR Representative

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries across Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Handle HR transactions and employee-service requests using accurate, timely, and end-to-end service practices.
• Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new-hire orientation and stakeholder coordination.
• Identify root causes and implement data-driven improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support regional and global projects and maintain process documentation and best practices.
• Provide training, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day guidance to support team capability.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent English and Mandarin, including verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, optimistic, open-minded approach to routine work and issue resolution.
