People Operations HR Representative

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; supports employees across Taiwan, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and resolve or escalate cases efficiently.
• Manage onboarding, new-hire orientation, and employee lifecycle transactions from hire to retirement.
• Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused HR support using an end-to-end service approach.
• Identify root causes and implement data-driven improvements to HR processes and service quality.
• Support regional and global projects by coordinating activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain process documentation, share best practices, and support team training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an HR-related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Mandarin are required.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded approach to routine work.
