Human Resource Manager

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for front-line employees in line with company policies, local labor laws, and industry standards.
• Partner with line managers to resolve employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance gaps.
• Support recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and monitoring of workforce metrics such as turnover and absenteeism.
• Identify training and development opportunities and promote engagement and retention initiatives for front-line teams.
• Implement HR systems, tools, and programs that improve front-line operations.
• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, team dynamics, HR practices, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably supporting front-line or operational teams.
• Experience managing employee relations, workforce planning, and HR program implementation.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems and tools, including HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
