Project Coordinator III (Engineering)

Location: Redmond, Washington, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $45–$55 per hour on W2

What you will do

• Collaborate with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams and document development plans.
• Track prototype builds, deliverables, tasks, Statements of Work, and project progress with external partners.
• Use Jira to track engineering development and create stakeholder dashboards and presentations.
• Manage international shipping, receiving, logistics, supplier onboarding, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with finance, purchasing, suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Maintain development documentation, internal website information, and meeting notes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with work breakdown structures, schedule modeling, resource planning, and managing uncertain schedules.
• Experience with international shipping, logistics, and receiving; experience in Asia is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Jira for engineering development tracking.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with New Product Introduction for customer hardware.
• Knowledge of design and development processes for consumer electronic products.
• Experience developing and launching consumer products.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
