About the Role
You will own product development end-to-end, from defining what to build through shipping polished experiences. You will create the product layer around AI, turn manual recruiting workflows into simple flows, build recruiter and company-facing features, speak with users, and develop new product surfaces for additional user types and verticals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack product development experience
- Experience building products end-to-end
- Product development
- Customer problem solving
- Experience defining product direction
- Experience in a high-intensity, high-velocity environment
Responsibilities
- Create product experiences that make AI useful and usable
- Turn manual workflows into fast, effortless product flows
- Build recruiter platform features that improve placements and earnings
- Design company experiences for candidate review and feedback
- Talk with users frequently
- Build product surfaces for new user types and verticals
