Workplace Operations Manager

Location: London, UK; responsibility for on-site operations across EMEA and MENA offices

What you will do

• Lead on-site operations, facilities, life safety, and workplace experience across EMEA and Middle East offices.
• Select, onboard, and manage facilities management, security, food and beverage, and AV vendors.
• Deliver capital projects end to end, including design, contractors, budgets, schedules, and handover.
• Track leases, renewal and break notices, landlord obligations, and service contract expiries.
• Act as the regional escalation point during business hours and resolve issues with country leads and local stakeholders.
• Manage regional operating and capital budgets, forecast space needs, and implement global workplace standards in new markets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
• Direct ownership of multi-site operations and at least one office stand-up or major ground-up build-out.
• Hands-on project delivery experience in the UK and ideally the Middle East.
• Understanding of landlord, fit-out, permitting, vendor, and lease requirements across European and Gulf markets.
• Experience scoping and negotiating service contracts, managing service levels, and replacing underperforming vendors.
• Experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally.
