What you will do

• Drive adoption and implementation of the hirify.global platform within key client accounts.
• Embed with customers to identify operational challenges and translate them into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineers to implement technical solutions based on business needs.
• Bridge communication between technical specialists and C-level executives.
• Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams to drive platform iteration.
• Support the sales team in identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional work experience.
• Experience working in hyper-growth tech startups within agile, cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in São Paulo (Hybrid).
• Strong ability to analyze data and communicate findings to various organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional commitment/experience.
