Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California — on-site

Salary: $160,000–$300,000 annually, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

hirify.global is building a search engine for the AI era, with a Search API used by agents, Fortune 500 companies, and AI research labs.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for product extensions of the core hirify.global Search API platform.
• Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprise customers, observing integrations and removing adoption blockers.
• Translate customer pain points into productized capabilities and business-generating outcomes.
• Define metrics and prioritization criteria across quality, coverage, cost, and speed.
• Partner with product marketing, sales, and field teams to launch platform capabilities, including pricing, packaging, documentation, cookbooks, and enablement.

Requirements

• 2–8+ years of product management experience building technical or developer-facing products.
• Strong technical background through a CS or EE degree, production engineering experience, or equivalent practical expertise.
• Excellent written communication.
• Ability to work directly with engineering teams by reading code and specifications, testing integrations, and building prototypes with AI tools.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, California.

• Early-stage startup or founding experience.
• Technical product management experience.
