What you will do

• Partner with executive, strategy, and client teams to turn ambiguous business problems into concrete AI and data solution plans.
• Design systems and build and ship their first working versions without handing architecture and delivery to separate teams.
• Develop and deploy tools, models, internal products, and pipelines on Snowflake and BigQuery infrastructure.
• Write and maintain Python, SQL, and API code to operationalize models and data pipelines.
• Deploy LLMs, embeddings, and predictive modeling as functional product features.
• Monitor usage after launch, improve solutions, maintain data quality, and build enablement tools for non-technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Applied AI/ML Engineering, or Data Engineering, with shipped working software.
• Proficiency in Python or a comparable programming language and SQL, including deploying code that runs in production.
• Experience building and deploying models, pipelines, or applications on cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Practical experience shipping LLMs, embeddings, and other applied AI methods into working tools.
• Ability to own a problem from an ambiguous request through to a deployed solution and operate effectively in fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Fluency with Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience in marketing, the creator economy, or social intelligence.
• A shipped repository, deployed application, or demo to share with the application.
